According to R.R.P. Regulation (Renovation, Repair and paint) Which governed by the Maryland EPA (Environment Protection Agency) as well as the insurance company, failing to own it, provide it, install it, and operate with it during a renovation project, considered as Intentional negligence.

Therefore, we have invested many thousands of dollars gaining knowledge and purchasing equipment, not just to assure that we are in compliance with R.R.P Regulations and the insurance company requests, but because we report to a higher hierarchy...

Services Squad is equipped with state of the art technology and equipment, to keep your house dust free and to assure that the health of your family, and guests, is not compromised due to the remodeling project.  Before we start a project, We set up and install dust control equipment - which includes a negative air machine, air scrubber, and a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner. The Negative Air Machine and the Air Scrubber perform a minimum four air exchanges per hour, this means that the air in the remodeled area is exchanged at least every 15 minutes.  This keeps the air in the room and the rest of the house clean and dust free.

We also create a wall to wall, floor to ceiling seal.  A tightly sealed plastic barrier which separates the remodeling area from the rest of your house.  However, we also create a small window with a Plexiglas sheet which allows you to watch the remodeling project from beginning to end and see it, as it evolves.
